They determined that a certain amount of anxiety is necessary to be a safe driver.
I personally feel the results of this study prove that the
ridiculously low speed limits mandated by the government in the
70's and 80's may have actually killed drivers
and their families. However, it sure provided many municipalities revenue from
drivers who, as it turns out, were only trying to save their own lives.
